Position Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven

Brand Manager

to lead brand planning, positioning, and execution across all consumer touchpoints. The role requires strong analytical ability, creative judgment, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand equity and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational objectives Own brand positioning, messaging framework, and communication guidelines Lead brand campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and offline channels Manage product launches including naming, packaging, and go-to-market strategy Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Creative) and external agencies Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and materials Track brand performance metrics and present actionable insights to leadership Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 4-7 years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand analytics Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience

Background in

Beauty, FMCG, D2C, or E-commerce

industries Experience working with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies Exposure to product lifecycle management and packaging development
