Job Role: Brand Manager

Objective:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected individual who can drive business from brands through influencer marketing, artist collaborations, and brand activations. This role is crucial in scaling our presence in the branded content and event IP space.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pitch, and close brand partnership deals across sectors (FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, tech, etc.)

Build custom campaigns involving influencers, artists, event activations, or branded IPs

Leverage existing relationships with top brands, agencies & decision-makers

Strategically drive revenue through multi-channel partnerships -- ATL, BTL, digital, influencer

Work with internal teams to curate proposals, decks, case studies and campaign models

Be active on LinkedIn and industry networks to generate qualified leads

Ensure end-to-end execution and reporting with a solution-oriented mindset

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

4-7 years of proven experience in brand partnerships / business development

Existing network of brands, CMOs, and media agencies

Deep understanding of brand-influencer-artist synergy

Hands-on knowledge of brand activations, IP sponsorships, influencer marketing

Strong communication, proposal-making, and negotiation skills

Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset

Experience in talent management, event IPs, influencer campaigns

Connections with D2C, startup, and youth brands

Comfortable working in a high-paced creative agency environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
