- Real Estate- to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy in the competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong brand identity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms to support lead generation and sales. Experience in real estate or a related field is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
:
Brand Strategy & Development
: Develop and execute brand positioning strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
Marketing & Campaign Management
: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, OOH, PR, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, advertising, and promotional efforts.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and brand KPIs.
Project Branding:
Oversee the branding of new real estate projects, including naming, logo design, brochures, signage, and sales office branding.
Work closely with architects, interior designers, and sales teams to ensure branding aligns with the project vision.
Digital & social media:
Guide digital strategy for brand awareness including website presence, SEO, PPC, and social media.
Collaborate with digital teams to maintain strong online reputation and engagement.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with internal departments (sales, design, finance) to align branding efforts.
Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and vendors.
Events & Public Relations:
Plan and manage brand events, property launches, press meets, and real estate expos.
Coordinate PR activities to increase media coverage and positive brand exposure.
Qualifications & Skills
:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience in brand management or marketing; real estate or lifestyle industry experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and campaign analytics.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, etc.).
