You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities How you will contribute You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns. One of the priorities for Mondelez is now to develop and further expand its play in the premium chocolate segment given favourable demographic shifts foreseen in the future. As the brand manager for premium chocolates & experiences, you will be spearheading this priority. This position is an individual contributor role and will report into the category manager for premium chocolates and will liaison extensively with the following people - Innovations manager, Equity manager, Insights manager, Sales team and external partner agencies. This role involves setting up a new platform for Mondelez, which is expected to be a significant incremental growth driver for the future. Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities Support the innovation team in arriving at the commercialization/launch plans for the platform, channel strategy and codify learnings. Activate the bundle in the market in partnership with the creative agency, media agency, activation agency and the shopper marketing team through ATL and BTL interventions Support the sales team with sell-in and activation by developing strong insights-led selling stories Conduct a thorough analysis of the premium portfolio (in partnership with consumer insights) - bundle performance, competitive brands, channel strategy and category dynamics in order to deliver actionable insights Organize market audits to gather category and competitive insights - action these insights to support premium portfolio strategy. You will develop annual plans, set objectives and allocate resources for this portfolio. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will partner in developing and implementing integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns for the platform.
