We are looking for an experienced

Brand Manager

with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in brand building, marketing strategy, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, improving brand awareness, and executing marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies across digital and offline platforms Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity Plan and manage branding campaigns and product launches Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities Manage brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all channels Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-4 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behaviour Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and influencer marketing Basic understanding of design tools and brand systems
