Opening for Brand Manager-OTC for a leading FMCG based at Bangalore
:
- Lead the respective OTC brand segments (Herbal range of VMS, Lozenges, Antacids, Analgesics and others)
- Develop and deliver the marketing plan in-line with the overall category plan.
- Lead the Creative & Media team and take responsibility for developing and implementing all marketing plans
- Lead marketing plans in collaboration with a variety of functional areas such as PR, Packaging, Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations
- Create & lead the NPD roadmap for the category towards achieving long-term vision
- Analyse and provide consumer, category, and brand information to support channel marketing and sales initiatives
- Lead insight gathering research into consumers and competitive category to secure knowledge that can be utilized to enhance and evolve the brand
- Develop strategies to increase brand market share, brand identity and brand awareness
- Analyse monthly sales and present it to the management in monthly review meetings
Knowledge:
- MBA degree required in Marketing, preferred Tier 1 institute
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Experience: 3 to 6 years in Consumer/OTC marketing.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles
