A fantastic opportunity to join Costa Coffee\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing team as a Brand Manager in India to help drive the business forward in one of our most exciting emerging markets. Reporting to the Marketing Lead - Emerging International you will define and deliver the local adaptation of brand, channel and customer strategy to drive a profitable and sustainable multi-platform business in India, with a focus in retail franchise platform. The Brand Manager will partner with the Marketing Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Emerging International on strategic and operational tasks including defining India\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategy to deliver the business plan across all Costa platforms. The Brand Manager is a subject matter expert and will lead cross functional project teams. You will lead and own market activation / brand communications, delivering to a high quality, on-time and within budget.
Drive consumer-centric solutions using data and insight to build brand awareness, reach and trial with consumers
Lead IMC (Integrated marketing campaign) communications
End-to-end management of media, social and PR (including setting briefs and managing agencies)
Own sampling and experiential strategy and delivery
Deliver the Costa India annual marketing plan
Design, develop and deliver further platform launch plans
Develop local BP and support on LRP for India

An understanding of the Indian Food and Beverage market and the ability to speak Hindi is essential
A strong marketing background and experience working for retail products and brands
Experience of managing Franchise partners
Strong experience with IMC planning, including in-store, OOH, Online, PR and Sampling
A track record driving profitable brand and marketing campaigns
Strong background in understanding key consumer insights and how these can be engineered to deliver the desired end-to-end consumer experience
Experience in managing agencies; including briefing, tracking and feedback culture
Ability to translate an overall brand strategy into communicational ideas, execution and promotional ideas
Strong stakeholder management and able to credibly sell in concepts at a senior level
