Job Description

- MBA/PG in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.



- 6-10 years of experience in brand management or advertising, preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery sector.



- Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL advertising, digital marketing, and media planning.

- Excellent creative judgment with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.

- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

Advertising & Media Planning

- Plan and manage ATL (TV, print, radio, outdoor) and BTL (in-store promotions, events, sponsorships) campaigns.

- Collaborate with media agencies to maximize ROI on advertising spends.

- Oversee creative development for digital, social media, influencer, and traditional advertising campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
