Job Description

Job Title: Brand Manager
Department/Group: Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Position Reports to: Marketing Director
Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the brand P&L for the brand/categories in consideration
  • Responsible for the 3-year strategy plan and annual operating plan for the brand/categories in consideration
  • Develop and refine the brand architecture in view of the competition and market trends in the relevant categories of consideration.
  • New Product Development: Develop a pipeline of new product launches/innovations for the brand; responsible for clearing the stage
gates for the new products from idea to launch
  • Responsible for building consumer insights for the brand
  • Effectively work with creative/advertising agencies to create campaigns for the brand
  • Effectively design media campaigns in line with the brand's marketing objectives
  • Develop Activations/BTL activities in line with the annual brand plan
  • Liaise with the sales team for effective deploying of BTL activities and monitor performance of schemes and trade activations
Skills/Qualifications:
Candidates with minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG Marketing, having an MBA.
