Responsibilities:


  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the LenDenClub\xe2\x80\x99s vision and objectives. Collaborate with Business teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of talented brand and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to maximize team performance.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and oversee the implementation of large-scale marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, events, and other relevant channels.
  • Brand Identity and Guidelines: Maintain and enhance the brand identity by defining and adhering to brand guidelines. Ensure that all marketing collateral and communication materials align with the brand vision and values.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize brand positioning and messaging.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations that can elevate the brand\'s visibility and reach.
  • Brand Performance Tracking: Develop and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns. Analyze and present regular performance reports to the management team.
  • Public Relations and Media Management: Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and media opportunities, to enhance brand exposure and reputation.



Requirements:



Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.


Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and executing large-scale marketing Campaigns.


Fintech Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the fintech industry, its products, services, and target audience. Prior experience in the fintech or financial services sector is highly desirable.


Creative Vision: A visionary thinker with a strong ability to create innovative and compelling brand concepts and campaigns.


Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and an ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize brand strategies and campaigns.


Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.


Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and crafting persuasive brand narratives.


Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
