Job Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Brand Growth & Campaign Ownership: Strategize, plan, and execute monthly campaigns -- from content pillars to influencer tie-ups -- to build a powerful digital and offline presence.

2. Collaborations & Community Building: Initiate partnerships with creators, doctors, and thought leaders; plan brand activations and pop-up collaborations.

3. Hiring & Leadership: Scout and onboard creative interns, editors, or teams that align with the brand's energy and direction.

4. Event & Representation: Attend industry events, expos, and creator meetups across India to represent the brand and identify opportunities for visibility and expansion.

5. Content Creation: Lead content ideation, storytelling, and execution -- ensuring every post, video, and campaign drives engagement and strengthens brand recall.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
