You'll make sure each client receives the right mix of content features, that reporting is clear and consistent, and that all deliverables stay aligned with each brand's priorities and voice.
You will partner closely with internal operations teams who handle backend execution. Your primary responsibility is to manage what gets ordered, confirm quality, and communicate results to clients in a clear, structured way.
Key Responsibilities
Content Ordering & Coordination
Place content orders based on each client's goals and priorities.
Ensure the right mix of requested features, themes, and talking points are represented in the content pipeline.
Deliverable Protection
Monitor incoming content to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Flag issues early and request revisions when needed to protect quality and scope.
Client-Facing Reporting
Prepare clean, organized weekly summaries that clearly highlight:
What was produced
What was delivered
What value the client received
Present results in a way that's easy for clients to understand and act on.
Quality Oversight
Review content for tone, accuracy, and alignment with each client's brand, messaging, and guidelines.
Ensure everything produced feels professional, on-brand, and consistent across channels.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with writers, content creators, and backend team members to confirm production flows smoothly.
Help ensure deadlines are met, and any blockers are surfaced early.
Managing Contractors
Coordinate with external contractors to ensure orders are placed on time and briefs are crystal clear.
Track performance and ensure deliverables meet quality standards before they go to the client.
Brand Guidelines & Documentation
Maintain up-to-date brand guidelines, content preferences, and do/don't lists for each client.
Make sure internal teams and contractors have everything they need to execute consistently.
Content Planning Support
Help plan the distribution mix so clients get a balanced portfolio of engagements that reflect their goals.
Ensure strategic coverage in content orders; backend execution will be handled by other teams.
Workflow & Process Improvements
Suggest and implement ways to streamline communication, improve deliverable tracking, and enhance reporting clarity.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
You've established clear, reliable processes for ordering and reviewing content.
You confidently own deliverable management for each assigned client.
Reporting is clearer, more consistent, and easier for clients to understand.
Clients receive a steady rhythm of well-balanced content that clearly reflects their goals and brand positioning.
Ideal Experience & Skills
2-4+ years in brand management, account management, content coordination, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and platforms at the same time.
Proven experience managing client relationships, setting expectations, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably in American English.
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting documents.
Experience working with social media or community-driven platforms (Reddit, Discord, forums, etc. is a plus).
