Job description
We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to developing and maintaining a brand's image, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals, values, and market positioning. The role combines marketing strategy, business analysis, and creative thinking to build strong brand equity and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy: Build, plan, and execute brand strategy for AllMiles across Mumbai and expansion cities.
Marketing Execution: Develop and implement marketing and branding plans aligned with company goals.
On-ground Activations: Support on-ground campaigns, partnerships, and brand visibility initiatives.
Partnerships & Influencers: Manage brand partnerships, influencer programs, and ensure cohesive communication across all channels.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research, competitor tracking, and consumer insights analysis to refine brand positioning.
Brand Communication: Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Background in mobility, tech, or consumer brands preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in executing on-ground and digital marketing initiatives.
