to strengthen our brand presence and act as the key link between our internal teams and external marketing agencies.
Role Overview
As a Brand Manager at Goodwill Developers, you will be responsible for managing brand communications, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms, and driving creative campaigns in collaboration with our marketing partners. You will play a crucial role in executing brand strategies that reflect our values, enhance visibility, and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between Goodwill Developers and external marketing/creative agencies.
Develop and share creative campaign ideas aligned with the company's brand strategy.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, project, customer relations, etc.) to gather inputs and ensure brand communication consistency.
Monitor, track, and follow up with agencies on deliverables, deadlines, and execution quality.
Assist in developing content calendars, brand campaigns, and digital initiatives.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing collaterals and communication channels.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights/reports to management.
Support in planning PR activities, events, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications (preferably with real estate, construction, or related industries).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to think creatively while ensuring timely execution.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
