Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence across categories.
Plan and execute BTL & Digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with sales, R&D, and design teams for product launches and brand communication.
Monitor brand performance and prepare MIS/reports for management review.
Manage budgets, media plans, and agency/vendor relationships.
Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in
FMCG brand management
.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Experience in managing multi-category brands preferred.
