Role Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping, enhancing, and managing the brand. This role requires strategic brand planning, creative storytelling, and execution across marketing and communication channels to ensure a consistent and impactful brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with vision, mission, and growth goals.
Lead creation and execution of marketing campaigns, social media content, and event branding.
Manage brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms and communications.
Partner with leadership to conceptualize and launch initiatives, programs, and events.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and agencies to deliver high-quality brand assets.
Drive community engagement through impactful storytelling and thought-leadership positioning.
Measure brand performance, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership.
Manage sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities to increase visibility and reach.
Requirements
Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
8+ years of proven experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within leadership, community, or impact-driven organizations.
Strong strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and project management capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and branding tools.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
