We're seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead all brand-building efforts across digital platforms. This role demands strong visual instincts, content innovation, and hands-on execution in photo, video, and social content creation. You'll be the key force behind increasing brand visibility, social media reach, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity & Strategy: Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all touchpoints.
Content Creation: Lead the ideation, design, and execution of high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, photos) for social media and marketing campaigns.
Social Media Growth: Drive follower growth, engagement rates, and overall reach on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
Campaign Management: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns with fresh ideas, trends, and seasonal relevance.
Videography & Photography: Coordinate and shoot video/photo content (in-house or with freelancers) to enhance storytelling.
Performance Monitoring: Analyse performance metrics, track growth, and optimise content strategy based on data insights.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR, Sales, and Business Development teams to align brand efforts with company goals.
Skills:
