The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty. This role will oversee both online and offline marketing initiatives and will be instrumental in setting up our social media presence, driving digital campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and strengthening our brand identity across multiple touchpoints.

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company vision and business goals. o Create a brand communication plan for different phases --

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and campaigns.
2. Social Media Setup & Management
Set up and manage the company's
social media platforms from
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong brand presence online.
Devise and maintain a social media calendar aligned with brand campaigns.
3. Content & Creative Development
Utilize the company's
existing content bank
to prepare engaging creatives (static posts, reels, carousels, infographics, videos).
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and agencies for high-quality content production.
Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines.
4. Digital Marketing & SEO
Manage
SEO strategies
to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research and optimize web content for search visibility.
Monitor SEO performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
