Role Overview:



We're seeking a dynamic and creative

Brand Manager

with a strong background in branding, marketing communication, and digital presence. This person will play a key role in shaping and managing the brand identity of Techpaathshala, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful visibility across channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms Work closely with the social media, design, and marketing teams to drive brand campaigns Plan and manage brand events, collaborations, and PR activities Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience insights to strengthen brand positioning Oversee content strategy for digital campaigns, website, and promotional materials Maintain and enhance brand image through both online and offline presence Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors for brand initiatives

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or a similar role Proven experience in handling branding campaigns and digital presence Strong understanding of brand strategy, design, and storytelling Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Demonstrated hands-on experience with digital tools and analytics platforms, along with a strong understanding of emerging social media trends
