As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager - Digital & Content Performance to help elevate our brand and connect with a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about wellness, self-care, and the beauty of living in balance.

The Role



This is not your average marketing position. As our Brand Manager - Digital & Content Performance, you will be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts, weaving together storytelling, strategy, and performance to craft a brand experience that feels both aspirational and deeply personal. You will drive the connection between our audience and our values, while also ensuring the growth and measurable success of our brand across every digital touchpoint.

In addition to being the architect of our content and digital performance strategies, you will manage a marketing budget of INR 5 crore, ensuring that every rupee spent is an investment in our vision. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the PR presence of the Brand and their founders, ensuring that their story and values are beautifully integrated with the brand's narrative.

Key Responsibilities

Lifestyle-Driven Content & Social Media

Develop and manage content calendars that reflect the intersection of wellness, beauty, and lifestyle, with an emphasis on holistic self-care and inner balance. Create and oversee the production of Instagram Reels, carousels, and product storytelling that inspire, educate, and nurture a sense of community. Drive engagement by crafting lifestyle-focused content that highlights the benefits of balanced living, deep nourishment, and Ayurveda's role in everyday wellness. Cultivate collaborations with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors who resonate with The Living Co.'s ethos, ensuring that every partnership aligns with our mission of sustainable beauty and wellness.

Content Performance & Analytics

(Enhanced Section)

Track and analyze the performance of content across all touchpoints (D2C, social, email, ads) with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and customer retention. Monitor key content KPIs such as video views, engagement rate (likes, shares, comments, saves), average watch time, completion rate, and CTR--ensuring that every piece of content aligns with our lifestyle philosophy while delivering measurable results. Perform in-depth performance analysis of each video and content piece to determine what resonates best with our community, identifying which formats, tones, and storytelling approaches drive the strongest emotional and behavioral response. Create and manage a monthly content performance dashboard, spotlighting top-performing content, underperformers, and clear, actionable insights that guide the evolution of our content strategy. Use data to continuously optimize content and messaging, ensuring that storytelling not only captivates but also converts--deepening the connection between our audience and our vision of holistic wellness. Collaborate closely with creative and media teams to translate insights into compelling, high-converting narratives that reflect the brand's ethos and elevate the digital experience. Conduct A/B tests on content elements--such as hooks, captions, thumbnails, and story flow--to improve content retention, engagement, and conversion, ensuring we remain agile and innovative in a dynamic digital landscape.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing - A Personal Touch

Design and manage personalized email and WhatsApp flows that speak to the individual's wellness journey, telling stories that resonate with our audience's desires for balance, beauty, and authenticity. Build and segment targeted lists to engage customers with relevant, lifestyle-driven messaging--from educational content to exclusive promotions that make them feel like they are part of an exclusive wellness community. Optimize open rates, CTR, and revenue per campaign, ensuring that our email and WhatsApp campaigns consistently delight, convert, and retain customers.
Amazon Ads & Marketplace Support

Drive the Amazon advertising strategy, ensuring our product listings reflect the lifestyle-driven benefits of our brand and that ads are optimized for maximum reach and conversion. Collaborate with the marketplace team to ensure that product descriptions, images, and promotions speak to the core of our holistic wellness offering, ensuring an aligned brand experience across all platforms.
Performance & Conversion Optimization

Work closely with the media buying team to optimize key performance indicators like ROAS, CPA, and CAC, ensuring the brand's digital presence translates to growth. Continuously test creative elements, messaging, and landing pages, refining the D2C customer journey to offer a seamless, intuitive, and lifestyle-enhancing experience.
Marketing Budget Management

Take full ownership of the marketing budget of INR 5 crore, ensuring every campaign and initiative is well-funded, strategically targeted, and delivers maximum impact. Prioritize spending across channels that align with our wellness philosophy, ensuring that every investment supports the brand's values and drives sustainable growth.

PR Activities for the Founder - Crafting the Brand Narrative

Manage and elevate the PR strategy for the founder, ensuring their personal story aligns with the brand's mission and ethos. Work with PR agencies, influencers, and media outlets to amplify the founder's voice in ways that enhance the brand's lifestyle narrative--showcasing their commitment to wellness, Ayurveda, and holistic beauty. Position the founder as a thought leader in the wellness and clean beauty space, securing speaking engagements, podcast features, and media opportunities that deepen brand credibility.

You consistently help the brand exceed its growth and revenue targets, while maintaining a strong connection with our community of wellness enthusiasts. Our content and messaging inspire a deeper emotional connection with the brand, with engagement rates that demonstrate how well we resonate with our audience. Email and WhatsApp campaigns nurture relationships, creating loyal customers who not only purchase but become ambassadors for the lifestyle we promote. Our Amazon platform becomes a top revenue driver, reflecting the brand's core values in every interaction. The marketing budget is effectively managed, driving ROI and measurable growth across all channels. The founder's PR presence solidifies The Living Co.'s position as a leader in the wellness and self-care space.

Your Superpowers



4+ years of experience in a digital marketing or brand role, preferably within a wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brand that values holistic living. Deep understanding of performance marketing, social strategy, and content creation with an aesthetic sensibility that aligns with our wellness-driven ethos. Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, WhatsApp platforms, and Amazon Ads. A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action, ensuring creative decisions are grounded in measurable performance. Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, and clean beauty--a personal connection to these values is a major plus! Strong PR acumen, with experience managing a brand founder's presence and voice.
