Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and strategic

Brand Manager

to lead our marketing and communications initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand narrative, driving consumer engagement, and delivering high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in brand management, advertising, and media planning--especially within the retail, luxury, or jewellery sectors.

Key Responsibilities



Brand Strategy & Development

Define and execute brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints. Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications. Monitor brand health metrics and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.
Advertising & Media Planning

Plan and manage ATL campaigns including TV, print, radio, and outdoor media. Lead BTL initiatives such as in-store promotions, events, and sponsorships. Collaborate with media agencies to optimize media mix and maximize ROI. Oversee media planning and buying to ensure cost-effective and impactful placements.
Creative & Digital Campaigns

Supervise creative development for digital, social media, influencer, and traditional advertising. Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and external agencies. Maintain high standards of visual and verbal brand aesthetics. Drive innovation in content creation and storytelling.
Market Intelligence & Insights

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Leverage consumer insights to develop targeted campaigns and product positioning. Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and refine future initiatives.
Project & Team Management

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Manage external partners including creative agencies, media planners, and production houses. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills



MBA/PG in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in brand management or advertising, preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery sectors. Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL advertising, digital marketing, and media planning. Excellent creative judgment with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
