Brand Strategy and Marketing Manager
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategy and Marketing Manager to drive business growth and customer engagement through the development and execution of brand positioning, vision, and messaging strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing short- and long-term brand plans and marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand positioning, vision, and messaging strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Create short- and long-term brand plans and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, including digital, print, events, and social media
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and inform brand strategy
  • Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance metrics to adapt brand strategy and improve marketing campaigns
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including budget management and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advertising, media, and creative agencies
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and ROI to inform future marketing strategies
  • Guide product promotional content to align with brand identity and ensure consistency in all external communications
  • Develop internal brand guidelines and educate teams on their use to maintain brand consistency
  • Work closely with teams such as sales, product development, PR, and customer service to align brand goals with business and product strategies
  • Oversee digital brand presence, including websites, social media, and online advertising
  • Manage brand reputation and respond to customer feedback online to maintain a positive brand image
  • Prepare and manage the brand marketing budget to maximize brand impact and cost-efficiency
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovations to implement new ideas and keep the brand competitive and relevant
  • Plan and coordinate brand activations, events, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Plan CSR activities to demonstrate the brand's commitment to social responsibility
Requirements
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage budgets effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and social media management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
