Brand Strategy and Marketing Manager
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategy and Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand positioning, vision, and messaging strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing short- and long-term brand plans and marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance metrics, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage budgets effectively.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand positioning, vision, and messaging strategies

• Create short- and long-term brand plans and marketing strategies

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints

• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities

• Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance metrics

• Use insights to adapt brand strategy and improve marketing campaigns

• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.)

• Collaborate with advertising, media, and creative agencies

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and ROI

• Guide product promotional content to align with brand identity

• Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent in all external communications

• Develop internal brand guidelines and educate teams on their use

• Work closely with teams such as sales, product development, PR, and customer service

• Align brand goals with business and product strategies

• Oversee digital brand presence, including websites, social media, and online advertising

• Manage brand reputation and respond to customer feedback online

• Prepare and manage the brand marketing budget

• Allocate resources to maximize brand impact and cost-efficiency

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovations

• Implement new ideas to keep the brand competitive and relevant

• Plan and coordinate brand activations, events, sponsorships, and collaborations

• Plan CSR activities

Requirements
Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies

• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance metrics

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage budgets effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with digital marketing channels and social media management

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
