The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, drive sales, and ensure consistent brand messaging across ODYSSIA's footwear and backpack categories, including various sub-brands. The role involves product development collaboration, market research, Agency and media team coordination, campaign execution, and retail strategy alignment to strengthen ODYSSIA's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1?. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
Develop brand strategies for footwear and backpack categories aligned with Odyssia's vision
Create distinct market positioning for each sub-brand
Conduct competitor research to refine brand identity, pricing strategies & promotions
Strengthen brand recall and customer engagement across touchpoints
2?. Product & Market Development
Work closely with Product Development & Design teams to ensure product-market fit
Identify consumer trends, innovation opportunities & seasonal requirements
Plan packaging, branding updates & launch communication for product lines
3?. Creative Development & Brand Communication
Lead creation of brand-aligned visuals: creative posters, marketing ads, videos, reels, catalogs, displays, etc.
Oversee consistent brand storytelling in all consumer communications
Review and approve content to maintain brand guidelines
4?. Marketing Campaign Management
Plan and execute 360 campaigns (Digital + Retail + Offline)
Manage influencers, PR & promotional initiatives
Execute launches, seasonal activations, and outreach programs
5?. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Manage official presence on
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Website & Google Business
Ensure strong community engagement and follower growth
Monitor digital analytics, SEO effectiveness & conversion performance
6?. Sales & Retail Support
Collaborate with Sales & Distributors to align campaigns with demand
Develop merchandising guidelines for retail outlets & dealer networks
Plan & execute in-store branding + trade marketing activities to increase footfall & sales
7?. Brand Performance Tracking & Budget Control
Track key brand performance metrics & campaign ROI
Manage marketing budget effectively to maximize results
Conduct post-campaign reviews & present insights and recommendations to GM
8?. Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Supply Chain, HR) for seamless brand execution
Liaise with agencies, media partners & vendors for campaigns and media activities
Ensure all communications comply with legal and branding standards
9?. Internal Design Team Leadership
Oversee work of graphic & digital teams, ensuring timely delivery
Provide strong creative briefs & ensure high-quality brand asset output
Coach team to elevate design standards and innovation
10. Trend & Consumer Insight Identification
Continuously monitor fashion & retail industry trends
Stay ahead in visual language, branding style & consumer expectations
Recommend forward-thinking brand initiatives to maintain relevance
Qualifications & Skills
Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or equivalent
5-8 years of experience in branding (Footwear preferred)
Strong knowledge of ATL + BTL + Digital branding
Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into brand actions
Strong storytelling, leadership & team management capabilities
Experience in budget handling and ROI-driven decision-making
