Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administration.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure high productivity and performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor branch expenses, budgets, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and operational standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and branch performance.
Drive local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and community engagement.
Maintain a safe, professional, and customer-friendly branch environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales/operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Automobile industry experience preferred.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service excellence.
Good knowledge of CRM tools, dealership operations, and MS Office.
