Develop and execute brand strategies and annual brand plans in line with business objectives

Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms

Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns

Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign development and execution

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities

Track and monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI

Work closely with sales teams to support brand-led growth initiatives

Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization

Ensure consistency in brand communication across all internal and external touchpoints

Support new product launches, promotions, and brand extensions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience (typically 10-15 years) in leadership or management roles, preferably in a seed industry.

Experience in ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and media planning

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations.

With meaningful experience and successful track records

With Strong communication, technical, analytical, teamwork, problem solving and planning skills.

Ability to speak Thai language is preferable

With experience in Smart soft system is an advantage
