What You'll Own
You will define how RUMI looks, feels, sounds, and expresses itself to the world.
From the brand's visual language to campaign ideas to storytelling across platforms -- you'll shape the emotional and creative backbone of RUMI.
This is not a PPT-and-Excel role.
This is a creator's role.
You must be able to tell stories -- visually, emotionally, and instantly.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and evolve RUMI's creative language, brand identity, and personality.
Conceptualise and lead creative campaigns that drive both brand love andsales.
Work closely with content creators, photographers, designers, and agencies to produce world-class visual and narrative work.
Oversee brand consistency across every touchpoint: website, social media, packaging, ads, campaigns, offline collaterals, and retail experiences.
Develop scripts, storyboards, creative briefs, and content ideas that communicate RUMI's soul.
Partner with performance and D2C teams to ensure creative assets convert -- bringing both intuition and data to the table.
Drive product launches, seasonal campaigns, and storytelling moments end-to-end.
Understand global luxury aesthetics and apply them with a uniquely Indian lens.
Create content that goes beyond functional selling -- sensory, luxurious, emotional, memorable.
Monitor trends, cultural shifts, and competitor movements to keep RUMI culturally relevant and creatively fresh.
What Makes You a Great Fit

3-5 years of experience in brand management, creative strategy, content direction, or brand storytelling (preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle).
You're a creator at heart -- ideas, visuals, scripts, and concepts come naturally to you.
Strong aesthetic sense: design, photography direction, typography, colour, composition.
Ability to think like a marketer and sell like a storyteller.
Strong understanding of D2C marketing and how creative influences conversion.
Not dependent on PPTs or spreadsheets to express ideas -- you create, sketch, moodboard, write.
Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership.
Passion for fragrances, luxury, design, or cultural storytelling is a huge advantage.
