We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Titan, a leading jewellery brand in India. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our Tanishq brand, with a focus on driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Tanishq brand and its products
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and campaigns
Manage the brand's budget and ensure efficient use of resources
Monitor and analyze sales data to track the success of marketing initiatives
Plan and execute promotional events and partnerships to increase brand visibility
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and media partners
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
Train and mentor junior marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and quality of work
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools
Willingness to travel as needed

1. Own and push the studded agenda with the category and retail team
2. Develop a robust Consumer / Category / Competition understanding
to craft a differentiated proposition for Tanishq across diversified
consumer segments Inputs for short to mid-term strategy Adherence to timelines Adherence to guidelines OTIF implementation of the marketing plans
3. Work closely with the agencies on the business plan for the year to co-develop the marketing plans for the category aligned to the business goals 4. Execute the plans for the year along with the agencies and find innovative ways to deliver on the brand task 5. Implement the marketing calendar with rigour and finesse on the approved budget Marketing plan and calendar execution
1. Create the branding brief for each campaign developed by the team
and execute with a network of partners (Creative, Digital, PR, CRM,
Media, Research, Retail, VM and BTL teams internally and agencies
externally) on the brand plan based on the annual operating
calendar
2. Develop deep market understanding, customer motivations and
category truths for different markets to develop campaigns for each
market (Winning in many Indias)
3. Create specific brand campaigns to take the brand narrative forward Marketing brief Plan for the campaign Achievement on business goals Adherence to budget Adherence to guidelines
1. Monitor the performance of the branding initiatives / campaigns
regularly and recommend necessary course corrections if mandated
2. Review the evaluation of the vendors / agencies basis their

Marketing : Agency/Vendor management
1. Periodically evaluate the agencies/vendors on the performance
against the agreed statement of work
2. Work with the agencies and co-ordinate on overall campaign and
creative Vendor performance management & action planning Adherence to guidelines and timelines Performance of vendors vis a vis the agreed SOW Achievement of targets
