Develop and execute branding strategies for residential & plot projects.
Drive marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, PR, events) to enhance visibility & lead generation.
Manage project launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Oversee creative content - brochures, ads, hoardings, videos, and social media.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis & customer insights to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning.
Manage brand budgets and optimize ROI.
Build strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Track campaign performance and present reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Branding.
3-6 years' experience in brand management/marketing
(Real Estate Preferred).
Strong understanding of real estate market & customer behaviour.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media & campaign execution.
Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills.
Creative mindset with strong project management ability.
