Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship & brand deals across categories (FMCG, tech, lifestyle, fitness, F&B, etc.)
Create and tailor sponsor proposals, rate cards, and pitch decks
Build and maintain relationships with brand managers, marketing leads, and agencies
Align sponsorship deliverables with matchday assets, digital content, and grassroots events
Track and report performance of brand activations and ROI
Work closely with content, event, and ops teams to ensure sponsor integration
Requirement
3-6 years of experience in sports, entertainment, or brand partnerships
Proven track record of closing mid to large-ticket sponsorship deals
Strong network with brand heads, marketing agencies, and media planners
Skilled in sales decks, negotiation, and brand storytelling
Familiarity with sports event rights, inventory (e.g., jersey, content, on-ground), and activation strategies
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven and target-oriented
Bonus: Experience with niche sports leagues, content IPs, or influencer-led projects
