About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead and strengthen Softrica's brand identity across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals and values.

Manage the creation and consistency of brand messaging across digital, print, and social channels.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.

Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand growth.

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.

Monitor brand performance and analyze campaign effectiveness through key metrics.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Ensure all brand visuals and communications adhere to brand guidelines.

Lead creative brainstorming sessions and support the development of new brand initiatives.

Requirements
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to translate creative concepts into practical strategies.

Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and branding software is a plus.
