Roles and Responsibilities



Develop and execute brand strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform product development and improve merchandising decisions. Manage budgets for advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements



Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5+ years

of experience in brand management (preferably luxury or jewellery Industry). Strong in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics & social media tools.

Preferred



Experience with luxury/jewellery brands. Knowledge of global jewellery trends & networks in fashion/luxury.
We are particularly looking for candidates who have

proven experience working with luxury or jewellery brands based in Bangalore or Mumbai

, and who possess strong local market understanding and networks.
