Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic
Brand & Marketing Strategist
to build, grow, and position Aamati as a global leader in the sustainable materials and fashion ecosystem. You will lead the storytelling, branding, digital presence, and communication across all channels--working closely with the founder and product team to create a bold, iconic brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
Define and evolve Aamati's brand identity, tone, and narrative
Ensure visual and verbal consistency across platforms
Craft positioning that speaks to B2B clients, eco-conscious brands, and the fashion world
Marketing & Communication
Design integrated marketing strategies (organic + paid)
Drive PR, influencer marketing, and thought leadership campaigns
Write and develop compelling content across web, social, product decks, and investor communications
Creative Direction
Oversee content creation (photo, video, campaigns, lookbooks)
Collaborate with designers, agencies, and freelancers
Develop visuals that tell Aamati's unique sustainability story
Digital & Social Strategy
Lead Instagram, LinkedIn, and website engagement
Build a community of brand advocates and early adopters
Track performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions
B2B Support
Support product marketing and storytelling for partner brands
Design brand collaterals: presentations, brochures, sample kits
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
Who You Are
A creative thinker with deep strategic insight
Experienced in building lifestyle or D2C brands
Passionate about sustainability, fashion, and design
Exceptional in written and visual communication
A storyteller who can translate innovation into emotional resonance
Hands-on with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, Mailchimp, etc.
Bonus: Experience working with early-stage startups or sustainable materials
