Job Role and Responsibilities

Brand & Digital Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive brand and digital strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends. Ensure innovative, data-driven, and forward-thinking approaches to brand positioning and digital engagement.
Creative & Campaign Leadership

Oversee creative direction and execution of branding and digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Lead a team to deliver high-quality, impactful content and ensure brand consistency. Optimize campaign performance using insights and data analytics.
Client & Team Management

Act as the primary client liaison, providing strategic counsel and fostering strong relationships. Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and professional growth.
Market Research & Innovation

Conduct in-depth market research to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry trends. Leverage digital tools, emerging technologies, and creative solutions to enhance brand outreach.
Budget & Performance Management

Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability. Track ROI, optimize campaigns, and align strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or advertising. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), and data-driven decision-making. Strong leadership, client management, and creative direction skills. Experience in a creative agency or client-facing environment is preferred.
