Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities :


Develop marketing strategy to build awareness and achieve annual sales target a)Devise annual marketing calendar by studying markets, competition and consumer b)Devise strategy for portfolio handled c)Alignment of Senior Management & approval on strategy d)Conceptualization & briefing agency on strategy e)Evaluation & finalization of communication strategy f)Lead the development of the brand campaigns across all touchpoints-TV, Print, Radio, OOH, BTL, Events, Retail and Digital
g)Spearhead product launches and maintain brand health across markets


Manage agency and distributor partners to design, execute and achieve Communication objectives a)Manage advertising, media, digital, marketing, research, event agencies to develop and roll out the country-wise marketing plan b)Identify business needs for engaging the agencies and strive for effective output
c)Coordinate with distributor partners to execute media and local level marketing activities


Achieve Execution excellence by ensuring measurability and constant monitoring of the marketing plan a)Successful execution and monitoring of all marketing activities according to annual plan and align for course correction b)Conceptualization & Development of the consumer engagement plans c)Liaising with activation team for agency & cost finalization d)Aligning key stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 senior , legal ,media & sales teams e)Rolling out & monitoring of the campaign in the field
