, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand growth, improving product visibility, optimizing marketplace performance, and driving revenue for our US e-commerce operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon.com, Walmart, Target, Etsy, eBay, and other US marketplaces.
Oversee product listings, SEO optimization, keyword research, catalog management, and competitor analysis.
Ensure high-quality detail pages with strong content, images, infographics, and A+ content (EBC).
Brand Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, organic ranking, and sales growth.
Monitor brand health, Buy Box performance, customer feedback, return rates, and compliance issues.
Work on pricing strategy, promotions, deals, and coupons specific to US market trends.
Advertising & Marketing
Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Search, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
Optimize ad spend, CTR, conversion rate, and ACOS to achieve profitability goals.
Work with creative teams for ad creatives, listing graphics, and brand videos.
Inventory & Operations
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure inventory forecasting and stock availability for US warehouses/FBA.
Resolve operational issues such as stranded listings, suppressed listings, return management, chargebacks, etc.
Reporting & Analytics
Track weekly, monthly performance KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, rank, ad performance.
Prepare dashboards and insights for management on growth and improvement opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-7 years of experience
in
E-Commerce Brand Management
for
US-based marketplaces
(Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Target).
Proven success in scaling revenue and improving brand visibility through marketplace strategies.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Etsy Shop Manager, etc.
Expertise in PPC advertising, keyword optimization tools, and analytics.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, operations, finance, logistics).
Ability to manage multiple brands/products simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience with tools: Helium10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, DataHawk, SellerApp, Perpetua, Pacvue, & Google Analytics.
Knowledge of FBA/FBM operations for US marketplaces.
Experience handling product launches in competitive categories.
Strong understanding of U.S. customer buying behavior.
