Job Description

Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager who can shape, refine, and amplify brand identities across platforms. You'll be the guardian of visual and verbal consistency, making sure every campaign, post, and product communicates the brand's purpose, values, and personality. If you live and breathe branding, love storytelling, and know how to create emotional resonance with design and messaging--this is your role.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity & Consistency:



Develop and maintain brand tone, voice, and design guidelines across platforms.

Ensure all content--visual and written--follows brand standards for multiple clients or internal verticals.

Regularly audit assets and communications to uphold consistency.

Brand Strategy & Positioning:



Define or refine brand positioning, values, and story based on audience insights and goals.

Translate strategy into actionable messaging frameworks and creative briefs.

Guide tone, storytelling, and visual approach for campaigns and product launches.

Campaign Planning:



Conceptualize and lead brand campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints.

Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, content, product) for end-to-end execution.

Evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve based on results.

Creative Collaboration:



Collaborate with writers, designers, and editors to bring brand narratives to life.

Provide feedback on creative drafts--copy, design, visuals--to ensure brand alignment.

Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when required.

Market & Audience Research:



Conduct competitive audits and consumer research to keep branding relevant.

Understand trends in design, culture, and consumer behavior to influence brand evolution.

Asset Development:



Oversee creation of brand decks, packaging concepts, digital assets, and more.

Ensure all assets reflect brand story, values, and aesthetics.

Internal Brand Culture:



Lead brand onboarding for new team members.

Build internal presentations, vision documents, and team brand books to align internal culture with external brand voice.

Multi-Client/Vertical Handling (if agency-side):

Juggle the branding needs of multiple clients or in-house verticals.

Maintain distinct brand identities and strategy documentation for each.

Skills & Qualities:



Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and ability to translate vision into tangible identity.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, Notion, or Google Workspace.

Proactive, strategic thinker with a creative eye and people-first mindset.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?3,000.00 - ?5,000.00 per month
