Key Purpose of the Role:
To position Pioneer Panels as a preferred brand in the architectural and infrastructure space by driving brand visibility, ensuring product approvals with leading corporates, architects, consultants, PMC firms, and government organizations, and building strong B2B relationships for long-term business generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management
- Build and enhance the brand identity and perception of Pioneer Panels in the architectural and construction community.
- Develop brand strategy aligned with market trends, product strengths, and project opportunities.
- Lead branding campaigns, product launches, trade shows, architect meets, and digital brand promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for content, catalogues, videos, mockups, and social media.
Corporate Approvals & Specification Development
- Identify and target large corporate clients, infrastructure developers, hospitality groups, and government institutions for approvals.
- Work closely with architects, facade consultants, and PMC teams to get Pioneer Panels specified in project BOQs.
- Develop strategic relationships with top architectural firms, EPC contractors, and real estate developers.
- Prepare and present technical data sheets, product certifications, mockups, and installation details to decision-makers.
Market Intelligence & Business Development
- Monitor competitor branding and pricing strategies; suggest proactive brand positioning measures.
- Gather insights on ongoing and upcoming high-rise, commercial, industrial, and institutional facade projects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure execution of approved projects and smooth transition from approval to order.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Sales, and R&D teams to communicate project-specific requirements and customization needs.
- Support dealership and distribution channels with brand visibility and promotional materials.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in Architecture / Civil Engineering / MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in building materials, facade systems, or architectural products.
- Industry Exposure: Strong network with architects, consultants, and project developers is a must.

- Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and approvals
