Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, strategic Brand Manager - Digital Marketing to build and strengthen Edvia.ai's brand presence from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in building and scaling a product or brand, with a strong focus on data analysis, performance monitoring, and conversion optimization, with strong skills in
lead analysis, funnel tracking, and continuously improving conversion rates
through data-driven decision making.
You will play a pivotal role in defining how Edvia's is perceived in the market, crafting compelling brand narratives, and driving measurable growth through effective digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, implement, and evolve Edvia's digital brand strategy from scratch, with clear milestones and measurable KPIs.
? Create detailed performance and progress reports to demonstrate where the brand/product began and the growth achieved under your leadership.
? Ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points, including website, social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and partnerships.
? Monitor all
entry and exit points
in the customer journey -- from first touch to conversion -- and proactively optimise each stage to maintain a healthy, improving conversion ratio month over month.
? Plan, execute, and track high-impact digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified leads.
? Use data and analytics to test, optimise, and report on lead quality and conversion rates regularly.
? Work closely with the design and content teams to produce on-brand creatives and messaging.
? Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and positioning opportunities.
? Use data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, dashboards) to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
? Report campaign performance, user flow insights, and conversion metrics to leadership, with clear plans for continuous improvement.
? Foster cross-functional collaboration and guide external agencies or freelancers if needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of proven experience
in brand management and digital marketing, with a
track record of building and scaling a product or brand from scratch
.
Demonstrated ability to deliver detailed
before-and-after analysis reports
on brand or product growth.
Deep understanding of
digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion rate optimisation strategies
.
Hands-on experience managing social media, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and content strategy.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, campaign trackers, etc.).
Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling, and project management skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to align teams and drive results under tight deadlines.
