The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping how the perception of the brand grows online and ensuring that ideas move smoothly from concept to execution.
Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen U-Vita's positioning across digital platforms
Plan brand campaigns, product launches, and awareness initiatives aligned with business goals
Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all digital touchpoints
Digital Execution & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, performance, marketing)
Manage and brief external agencies, freelancers, and partners
Own timelines, deliverables, and quality control for all digital initiatives
Content & Campaign Management
Ideate content themes, storytelling formats, and campaign concepts
Review and approve creatives, copies, and videos before publishing
Work closely with nutritionists, experts, and creators to maintain credibility-led communication
Performance & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and brand health metrics
Share insights, learnings, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Support performance marketing initiatives with brand-aligned inputs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with leadership, sales, product, and marketing teams
Act as the central point of contact for all brand-related digital activities
Desired Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or marketing communications
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital ecosystems
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
Ability to balance creative thinking with execution discipline
Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
Experience in FMCG, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage
