You will own how the brand
sounds, looks, and converts
across social media, website, and lifecycle channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Content Strategy
Develop the
overall content strategy
for social media (organic-first)
Define and maintain
brand voice, tonality, and messaging
across all platforms
Ensure consistency of storytelling across campaigns, collections, and launches
Website & Copy Ownership
Own
website content tonality
across PDPs, landing pages, banners, and brand pages
Write and refine
high-impact, conversion-led copy
aligned with brand philosophy
Ensure every website touchpoint reflects a premium, thoughtful brand experience
Organic Growth & Video Content
Create content frameworks for
video-first storytelling
(Reels, Shorts, explainers)
Collaborate with internal teams to create content that
drives organic sales
Understand what type of content converts organically and scale it
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
Lead
retention marketing strategy
(email, WhatsApp, CRM content)
Align content and messaging for repeat purchases and loyalty building
Use customer insights and feedback to improve retention communication
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Social Media, Performance, CX, and Product teams
Guide execution teams while maintaining strategic control of brand output
Requirements
3-5 years of experience
as a Brand Manager or similar role
Mandatory experience working
in-house for a D2C or consumer brand
(agency experience not preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
