Brand Manager
who can drive their brand narrative across the global B2B wellness ecosystem.
Role Overview
The
Brand Manager
will lead the brand and marketing strategy for a research-led Ayurvedic and nutraceutical brand, ensuring a strong and consistent narrative across R&D communication, product launches, and digital storytelling.
This is not a conventional FMCG branding role -- it demands strategic depth, global vision, and the ability to position an
R&D-led Indian wellness brand
in the global B2B landscape.
You'll lead a growing marketing team and collaborate closely with leadership, R&D, and sales to shape the brand's voice and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Vision
Define and execute the brand's vision, mission, and positioning across global B2B markets.
Build and evolve brand architecture across multiple product lines.
Craft a science-led identity that elevates the brand beyond being a commodity supplier.
2. Marketing Leadership
Lead and mentor the internal marketing team (design, content, digital, and communication).
Translate the R&D and product innovation pipeline into compelling, market-ready stories.
Work cross-functionally with product, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
Oversee creation of global marketing collaterals -- brochures, launch kits, brand books, videos, and trade show assets.
3. B2B & Global Positioning
Build visibility across international markets through thought leadership, trade events, and digital PR.
Develop marketing strategies tailored to wellness brands, formulators, distributors, and nutraceutical partners.
Ensure brand communication aligns with export market requirements (compliance, certifications, and clean-label positioning).
4. Campaigns & Content
Develop and execute integrated launch campaigns for new products and sub-brands.
Oversee storytelling across digital platforms -- website, social media, and LinkedIn.
Lead creation of multimedia content highlighting R&D, innovation, and sustainability.
5. Partnerships & PR
Manage collaborations with PR and media agencies to secure visibility in trade and digital platforms.
Identify and engage with researchers, opinion leaders, and institutions in the wellness space.
6. Brand Performance & Insights
Track and analyze brand perception, engagement, and awareness across channels.
Monitor competitors and market trends to refine positioning.
Ensure marketing efforts are measurable and tied to business outcomes (lead generation, partnerships, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
MBA or Master's in Marketing, Branding, or Communication from a reputed institution.
Background in Life Sciences, Nutraceuticals, or Ayurveda is a strong advantage.
Experience:
6-10 years in brand management, marketing, or communications.
Proven experience building and scaling B2B or ingredient-based wellness brands.
Skilled at managing cross-functional marketing teams and external agencies.
Strong grasp of digital marketing and brand storytelling for global audiences.
Skills & Attributes:
Strategic and creative thinker with analytical depth.
Expertise in brand positioning and emotional storytelling.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
