Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic & young Brand Manager who is envisaged to be the custodian of the customers' voice. You will be an integral part of the team to enable focus on building the brand Key Responsibilities:1. Knowledge Assimilation: - Continuous immersion with the customer and channel to bring about insights and countermeasures for the smooth functioning of the brand.- Unearth insights from primary & secondary research and be the voice of consumer logic.- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors ' activities to identify opportunities and key issues2. Strategy Development:- Collaborating with creative/advertising / Market research agencies to create a communication strategy and define brand positioning & creation of brand voice- Driving Thought leadership through driving key innovations on the Brand Roadmap - Create the marketing calendar; devise and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans across offline and online media to meet the desired communication objectives- Own and drive brand partnerships, handle strategic and day-to-day brand development projects- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies3. Creative deployment - Work with creative agencies, production houses, and media buying agencies to ensure that quality communication is rolled out across touchpoints- Complete oversight from brief to output for all campaigns- Driving Innovations to create differentiation - Create visibility to drive TOMA and preference for the brand4. In market efficiency:- Management of workflows & timelines for development of campaigns- Effectively monitors the routine functioning of the brand with a strong focus on planned target achievement - Monitoring of spending and spending efficiency.- Closely interact with the sales teams to understand gaps and requirements to achieve the deployed targets and implement counter measures to mitigate risks.- Measure and MIS creation of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Share CV (ref:updazz.com)
