  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in sales, sales operations, business strategy, or management consulting.
  • Experience in video advertising / engaged in-market video landscape.
  • Experience in program/project management and managing initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA, Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in media/technology company.
  • Experience working on visionary and cross-functional projects and leading projects from conception to implementation.
  • Knowledge of video advertising and media.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, business acumen, and communication skills.

In this role, you will operate as both, a consultant and a program manager covering strategy and operations work-streams for India’s video business. You will partner with multiple stakeholders including GTM counterparts/product leads, Global Product Solutions team, and the in-market/hub business teams to help activate the India view and go-to-market strategy for video initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market strategy by driving progress against key metrics, defining the goal of advertisers, and value proposition/positioning for existing and new video ad solutions across Action products.
  • Synthesize multiple viewpoints including competitive overview and communicate perspective for the product features and solutions necessary to drive long-term success of our advertisers.
  • Drive product prioritization by working with Global and regional product teams to identify/resolve product gaps, create product roadmaps, build business cases based on advertiser needs, and provide product-related updates to all levels of India Large Customer Sales (LCS).
  • Partner in development of annual business plan, product requirements and go-to-market business strategy for emerging revenue streams for the India video business, in partnership with Video Product Leads, and business Specialists.
  • Help streamline activation plans across teams by program managing execution.
