: Brand Host & Customer Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, camera-friendly individual who can become the face of our brand on Instagram, host engaging live sessions, and build strong relationships with our customer community. This is a key role at the intersection of social media, customer engagement, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Host Instagram Live sessions to showcase products, styling ideas, and interact with followers.

Act as the face and voice of the brand during campaigns, product launches, and online events.

Engage with customers through DMs, comments, and during live streams to build brand loyalty.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging.

Participate in influencer collaborations and on-ground brand events as needed.

Key Skills & Traits

Exceptional communication and on-camera presentation skills.

Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, live formats, and social media trends.

Approachable, warm personality with a passion for customer interaction.

Fluent in English and Hindi (or regional languages as applicable).

Interest in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle products is a plus.

Creative mindset and ability to develop fresh engagement ideas.

Preferred Background

1-3 years of experience in content creation, customer engagement, or live hosting.

Experience as a host, anchor, content creator, or social media executive is highly desirable.

Comfortable with flexible working hours including evenings or weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
