Role Overview:
As Brand Head at Auli Glow, you will own the brand's complete growth and creative direction. You will be responsible for strengthening brand identity, driving social-first strategies, innovating marketing campaigns, overseeing digital growth, and managing the entire creative and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Creative Strategy
Lead Auli's brand strategy across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Oversee creative ideation, storytelling, and campaign execution across Instagram, website, emailers, and other platforms.
Drive social media content planning: Instagram Reels, influencer collabs, posts, and stories.
Supervise shoot planning--from conceptualization to execution (model shoots, flatlays, campaign films).
Lead the development of seasonal offers, sales strategy, and product promotions.
Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
Develop and monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) strategy across Meta, Google, and affiliate channels.
Collaborate with performance marketing partners/agencies to optimize campaigns for conversions and retention.
Drive website strategy including UX, conversion optimization, landing pages, CRO improvements, and customer journey mapping.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Build and lead a high-performing team: hiring across creative, social media, content, performance marketing, and operations.
Set clear KPIs and drive accountability across functions.
Collaborate closely with founders, product development, and supply chain for holistic growth execution.
Growth Strategy & Execution
Own topline and bottom-line targets for the brand.
Ideate and launch new growth initiatives: WhatsApp marketing, loyalty programs, influencer seeding, offline collaborations, and more.
Monitor competition and market trends to ensure Auli remains an innovative category leader.
Qualifications & Skills:
5-8 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or creative leadership, preferably in D2C, skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of social-first content strategy (Instagram/TikTok).
Experience in performance marketing and CAC management.
Prior exposure to website/eCommerce strategy (Shopify preferred).
Exceptional skills in creative ideation, storytelling, and campaign management.
Leadership experience in team building and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and growth-driven attitude.
