Role Overview
The
Brand Manager
will be the custodian of BioFrost's brand identity, voice, and growth. This role demands a mix of creative vision, analytical sharpness, and operational discipline. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion -- ensuring BioFrost remains the go-to brand for natural cold therapy pain relief.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning
Own and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints -- digital, packaging, content, and campaigns.
Develop quarterly brand growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across all communications.
Build and maintain strong consumer understanding and competitor insights.
Content & Performance
Supervise and guide the
Content & Performance Marketing
teams.
Oversee the execution of integrated content calendars (organic + paid).
Drive content-performance synergy -- from UGC to influencer collaborations to digital ad creatives.
Oversee brand storytelling across platforms: Instagram, Meta Ads, Amazon, and Website.
Evaluate performance metrics, optimize creative direction, and ensure brand recall and ROI.
Operations & Cross-functional Leadership
Oversee brand-related operations including campaign logistics, influencer collaborations, and sampling initiatives.
Work closely with supply chain and operations to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
Coordinate between internal teams, creative agencies, and external partners for smooth brand execution.
Own timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all brand and marketing projects.
Digital & Market Growth
Monitor eCommerce presence (Amazon, D2C, and marketplace listings) for consistency and growth.
Identify new market opportunities, collaborations, and product placement initiatives.
Work closely with performance marketing to align creative communication with conversion goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
4-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or wellness categories.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer ecosystems, and eCommerce strategy.
Proven track record of leading teams and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
A growth mindset -- creative, data-driven, and execution-oriented.

24 LPA. Competitive and aligned with experience + performance-based growth incentives.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per month
