/ ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities (Prioritised by Impact)1. Product Development & Launch Execution



Identify high-potential Ayurvedic and wellness product opportunities through market research. Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and designers from concept to final launch. Oversee packaging design, compliance documentation, and quality checks. Define launch timelines and manage end-to-end execution across teams.

2. E-Commerce Growth Management



Manage and optimise product listings, pricing, catalog content, keywords, and visibility on D2C platforms, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces. Coordinate with the orders and logistics team for inventory availability, packaging compliance, and smooth order fulfilment. Maintain brand tone, product communication, and content consistency across all online platforms.

3. Campaign Coordination & Performance Analytics



Align product launches with ongoing marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions. Track sales data, customer behaviour, ROI, and platform performance to provide actionable insights. Recommend platform-specific promotions, bundling strategies, and discount plans to uplift sales.

4. Customer Experience & Brand Positioning



Work closely with customer support to monitor feedback, reviews, and issue resolutions. Ensure brand communication reflects Ayurvedic authenticity, credibility, and wellness-focused positioning.

5. Industry & Market Intelligence



Stay updated with trends across Ayurveda, wellness, e-commerce, and consumer preferences. Benchmark competitor products, pricing, packaging, and strategies for continual improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile / Skills



Minimum

3 years of relevant experience

. Strong knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce tools. Familiarity with logistics and operational platforms like NimbusPost, Shiprocket, Razorpay, DHL, Zoho Books, etc. Strong communication, project management, vendor coordination, and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. A genuine passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and sustainability is highly preferred.
