A Brand Growth Associate is responsible for supporting brand development, executing growth strategies, and expanding a company's market presence and customer base through campaigns, research, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior Account Executives in sales processes and day-to-day account management, including CRM tracking and follow-ups.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business and growth opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing and brand campaigns to increase awareness, drive customer engagement, and optimize retention.
Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, design, and communications to align strategies and coordinate campaign efforts.
Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, performance metrics, and brand growth initiatives for senior management.
Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure action items and stakeholder communications are followed-up.
Maintain brand messaging, oversee brand consistency, and coordinate swag/merchandise management.
Support cross-functional projects in business development, operational sales, and process optimization.
