About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the market, competitors, and creative trends
2. Understand the target audience and what appeals to them creatively
3. Create a brand guide that articulates our brand identity and promise
4. Design graphics and illustrations that articulate concepts, information, and messages for the website, social media content, and ads
5. Design graphics and illustrations that meet the requirements of various platforms
6. Design product packaging that communicates our brand identity
7. Design creative elements to enhance the website/app UI
8. Coordinate with internal team members as necessary
9. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks on time

Must-Have Requirements:

1. Completed or currently pursuing a degree in graphics design
2. Strong hands-on experience in art, branding, and graphics design for brands
3. Strong hands-on experience in designing illustrations and social media content
4. Strong understanding of and experience in applying global creative trends
5. Ability to learn and apply new ideas and skills
6. Proficiency in verbal English
7. Commitment, sincerity, detail orientation, and ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 5000 per individual\'s performance).
